Q: My computer crashed and I have to reinstall the OS and programs. How can I get the registration code again?
A: If you have lost your registration code or find that your current code can't unlock an upgrade version, please:

2) On the bottom of the page, click the link to "recover registration code".
3) Fill your email address (which was used to place your order before) and name of software product, submit the form.
4) If everything runs well, your registration code will reach your email box in several minutes.

Q: How do I get a hard copy of this program as I do not want to download?
A: Now CDROM shipment option is only available with our reseller RegNow. So if you want to get the program on CDROM, please place your order through RegNow with CDROM purchase option enabled and you will get a CDROM copy in several days.

Q: We want to buy your software for educational use. Our Institute doses not allow online purchases. So how can I place an order without using a credit card?
A: Without credit card, you may send the payment to us via three methods:

3. Wire Transfer
We accept wire transfer via our payment gateway RegNow. To purchase our product via wire transfer, please follow instructions as below:
