LinkSurvey

Once you have a list of found web pages, you are able to use the following operations:

Print and Print Preview: All the search results in link window can be printed. You may select "Print" in "File" menu or click the button on the tool bar. To preview before printing, just select "Print Preview" from "File" menu.

Open: To browse a page in web browser, simply right click on the site and select "Open" from the menu.

Cut: To copy a URL to your systems clipboard and delete it from its location, right click on the page and choose "Cut" from the menu. Alternatively, you can select "Cut" from the "Edit" menu, click the button on the tool bar, or press the key combination of "Ctrl+X".

Copy: To copy a URL to your systems clipboard, right click on the page and choose "Copy" from the menu. Alternatively, you can select "Copy" from the "Edit" menu, click the button on the tool bar, or press the key combination of "Ctrl+C".

Delete: To delete a web page, right click on the page and choose "Delete" from the menu. Alternatively, you can select "Delete" from the "Edit" menu, click the button on the tool bar, or press the "Delete" key on the keyboard.

Find: To search the results for a URL that contains a particular string, choose "Find" from the "Edit" menu. In the dialogue box, type your search string in the "Find what" field; selecting "Use wild characters" means that the input string contains the wildcard character '*' or '?'. If "Select all matching items" is checked, all URLs containing the specified string will be highlighted. Alternatively, you can press "CTRL+F" on the keyboard to perform this function.



Find Next: After performing a search, choose "Find Next" in the "Edit" to go to the next item that contains the specified search string. Alternatively, you can press "F3" on the keyword to perform this function.

Select All: Choose "Select All" from the "Edit" menu to select all the URL's in the link window. Alternatively, you can press the key combination "Ctrl+A" to perform this function.

Invert Selection: Choose "Invert Selection" in the "Edit" menu to make an invert selection of all found web page addresses in the link window.
