The "Action" tab is used to set
the link address of the text paragraph(s). Its user interface is shown below:
"URL": It sets the Web address to be opened when a text paragraph
is clicked on. You can enter here a complete url(such as http://www.yoursite.com/index.htm),
an absolute path (such as /index.htm), or a relative path (such as index.htm).
"Target": Set the name of the window or frame in which to open
the page. You can choose a preset value from the drop-down list, or enter
the name of the window or frame directly.
