Q: There is an advertising banner on each Flash movie I made, how can I remove it?
A: The banner at the top of the Flash movie only generated with unregistered version of SWFText. It will not be added to Flash movie created by registered version. We offer unconditional 30-days money back to all purchases. If you dislike SWFText after purchase in 30 days, we will issue refund for your payment upon your request.

Q: I have selected "transparent" for my background, but the background is black! Please advise.
A: To make a Flash movie with transparent background, please follow steps listed below:
1) Please make sure you have downloaded and installed SWFText v1.1 or later version on your computer.
2) Run SWFText. Choose "Transparent" within "Background" tab, and disable "Display border around flash movie" option within "Movie" tab.

Q: After registration, SWFText works fine but it still shows "demo version" in the preview. Did I do anything wrong?
A: There are two kinds of "demo version" text in flash movie generated by SWFText:
1) "Demo Version" within text animation. By default, SWFText uses "AntsSoft SWFText Demo Version" as the default text. You can change the default text in "Text" tab by press "Edit" or "Delete" button.
2) "The flash movie is generated by unregistered version of SWFText" text at the top-left of generated flash movie. This should only appear with unregistered version of SWFText. To remove it, you must enter your registration code into SWFText and unlock it.

Q: I was wondering, however, if there is a way to loop through a series of text messages one time and then leave the last line of text on the screen?
A: With SWFText 1.2 and later version, this can be done by enabling "Make the text on last page stay visible after loop has finished" option within "Interaction" tab.

Q: Can I send created flash movie through email?
A: Yes. To do that, you first need to create a HTML page. Type text, insert the SWFText created flash movie to this page and upload it to your web server. After that, access this HTML page online with Internet Explorer browser, and then choose "Send->Page by Email..." under "File" menu. Now your default email program will launch with the "HTML formatted email" embedded.

Q: Every time I try to use SWFText I get error message saying "Macromedia Flash player 6 or higher needed".
A: If you don't have flash player installed on your computer, please go to page http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer/ and install the player by following instructions. Upon completion launch SWFText again.

Sometimes you also receive this error message even you make sure that you have the latest flash player installed. To reactivate it, please install SWFText version 1.2 on your computer. createEmptyMovieClip("text", 0);
text.loadMovie("text.swf"); // Replace "text.swf" with the filename of your SWFText generated flash movie here
text._x = 100; // Adjust the position if needed
text._y = 100;
4) To see a preview of what you have created, select "Control/Test Movie" from main menu.
5) When uploading, both the "loader" flash movie and SWFText generated flash movie should be uploaded to the web server.
6) For more detailed information about ActionScript "loadmovie", you may refer to "ActionScript Dictionary" of Macromedia Flash
