UltraButton

After UltraButton starts, you can see the user interface as below: part 1 is a toolbar; part 2 is the "Edit" window to preview and edit all buttons being made; part 3 is the "Template" panel in which all available button templates are listed; part 4 is the "Settings" panel with which you can modify various attributes of the currently selected buttons in the "Edit" window.

UltraButton is very easy to use. First, add a button in the "Edit" window. Then select an appropriate template in the "Template" panel to apply to the newly created button. Finally, you can also adjust the attributes of the button, wherever necessary, in the "Settings" panel. After you have been satisfied with the preview effect of the buttons, you can press the "Publish Image Button" button or the "Publish Flash Button" button to create the final images or Flash movie, and add them/it to your pages.

Now, we will go through an example to see how to use UltraButton.

Step 1: Run UltraButton. At this point, there is a default button in the "Edit" window. You can click the "Add" button on the toolbar to add a new button.

Step 2: Select a category in the category list of the "Template" panel, and double-click one of the templates within this category. The template will thus be applied on the currently selected buttons in the "Edit" window.

Step 3: Select a button in the "Edit" window. All its attributes will be displayed in the "Settings" panel. You can modify the attributes of the button based on your actual needs. For example, you can modify the text on the button with the "Caption" edit box in the "General" tab, or select the font for the button text with the "Font" drop-down list in the "Format" tab.

Step 4: Preview the final effects of the button in the "Edit" window. If you are satisfied, you can start the "Publish Wizard" with the "Publish Image Button" button or the "Publish Flash Button" button on the toolbar to create the final image buttons or Flash buttons, and add them/it to local web pages.

The above are the basic steps in using UltraButton. Below we will describe each feature in detail.
