The "Global" sub-panel is used
to set the global attributes of the menu, so whatever menu items you select
in the "Menu Structure" panel, the "Global" sub-panel
always displays in the "Navigation" panel. The "Global"
sub-panel is comprised of six parts - "General", "Menu Type",
"Web Path", "Cross-Frame", "Advanced" and
"Cursor". When any of the six is selected, the corresponding attribute
panel will be displayed in the "Settings" panel on the right.
