UltraMenu

The "General" tab can be used to set such fundamental attributes as the content, alignments and link address, etc. of a menu item. Its user interface is shown below:

If the option "Plain Text" is selected, the menu item will have pure text as its content. You can enter text in the edit box on the right. The text can be in one line or multiple lines. If the "HTML" option is selected, you can enter the HTML codes as the content of the menu item. Now HTML codes can also be entered into the edit box on the right. If the "Image" option is selected, the menu item will have an image as its content. You can click "Image" in the "Menu Item" sub-panel to specify the image file.

Horizontal alignments of the text or image of a menu item include Left, Center and Right, while the vertical alignments include Top, Middle and Bottom. You can freely configure the horizontal and vertical alignments.

"Link": Set the link address of a menu item. You can enter a complete url(such as http://www.yoursite.com/index.htm), an absolute path (such as /index.htm), or a relative path (such as index.htm) in this edit box. Besides, you can also enter JavaScript commands started with "javascript:". "Target": Set the window or frame to open the link of a menu item. You can choose a predefined value from the drop-down list, or enter the name of the window or frame directly.

"Status Text": Enter the text to be shown in the status bar of the browser when you move the mouse over the menu item. "Tip Text": Enter the text to be shown in the tooltip when you move the mouse over the menu item.

"Item Width": Specify the width of the menu item. If the value entered here is smaller than the actual width of the menu item, the menu item will be displayed in the actual width. "Item Height": Specify the height of the menu item. If the value entered here is smaller than the actual height of the menu item, the menu item will be displayed in the actual height.
